Our knives are made from bagasse, sugarcane fibre – an abundant and fast growing resource. EnviroWare® bagasse knives are home compostable – certified by OK Compost HOME TUV Austria (S0763), and are free from PFAS forever chemicals.
Supplied in handy cases of 500 – with 5 inner packs of 100 – each inner pack is bagged and labelled with a barcode.
165mm long bagasse knives have a serrated blade and reinforced handle for strength.
