165mm Natural Bagasse Knives. EnviroWare® bagasse knives serve as a sustainable alternative to disposable plastic knives, which were banned in the UK following the Single Use Plastic Packaging Ban in October 2023.
Our knives are made from bagasse, sugarcane fibre – an abundant and fast growing resource. EnviroWare® bagasse knives are home compostable – certified by OK Compost HOME TUV Austria (S0763), and are free from PFAS forever chemicals.
