The Celebration factory in Burton-on-Trent has taken another major step toward a greener future with the installation of 96 new solar panels on its roof.

The new system has a capacity of 48 kWh and is expected to deliver annual savings of 9.3 tonnes of CO₂ emissions, significantly reducing the site’s environmental impact.

This investment strengthens the factory’s commitment to lowering energy costs while operating more sustainably. The project was delivered by Kembla Ltd, whose expertise ensured a smooth installation. Partial grant funding was provided by the Green Solutions Scheme and Staffordshire County Council, whose support helped make this milestone possible.

By generating clean energy directly onsite, the Celebration factory will reduce its reliance on external energy sources and improve overall operational efficiency.

This achievement marks another important step in the company’s long-term commitment to:

  • Reducing its carbon footprint

  • Operating more sustainably

  • Improving efficiency across its operations
