Wooden baking moulds are a disposable alternative to metal loaf tins. Dual purpose, they are firstly they are used as a sturdy single use baking mould to oven bake* the cake or bread inside. Once baked and cooled, the food remains in the baking mould for presentation or to be used as part of the retail packaging.
The disposable wooden baking moulds are made lime wood with a 100% natural fibre seam holding them together. The moulds are lined with a sillicone paper insert which acts as a grease and moisture barrier.
